Public Accountant (National University of Asunción). Master in Business Management (Autonomous University of Asunción). Certified Accountant in Financial Information Standards by the ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) of the United Kingdom. Internal Audit Specialist. Postgraduate in University Didactics from the National University of Asunción. Qualified professional and registered with the Secretariat for the Prevention of Money or Property Laundering (SEPRELAD) of Paraguay. As Director and Manager of Amaral & Asociados, since 2003 he has carried out audit work, limited reviews, and accounting and financial consultancies for important national and multinational companies, and for financial entities and brokerage houses. He has participated in due diligence processes and accounting consultancy in merger acquisitions of financial entities and relevant commercial companies in Paraguay. Likewise, between 1998 and 2002 as Manager in charge of BDO Rubinzstein & Guillen and Estudio CPAN, he has accompanied audit and review work in various financial, commercial and governmental entities.
